Parties & acceptance
By accessing https://node-js.openbridgeway.info, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. If you disagree, discontinue use.
Independent consulting relationship
OpenBridgeway Consulting LLC (“OpenBridgeway,” publicly marketed as OpenBridgeway Node.js Architects) is an independent consulting firm. OpenBridgeway is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or representing the OpenJS Foundation, the Node.js open-source project, or any Node.js trademark owner. References to Node, Node.js, and NodeJS describe consulting subject matter only.
Services description
Website content describes categories of Node.js consulting—including audits, architecture guidance, and remediation planning. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer until confirmed in a signed agreement. Performance outcomes depend on client collaboration, infrastructure constraints, and third-party systems outside our control.
No misleading guarantees
We avoid deceptive claims. Any illustrative metrics or anonymized case narratives are contextual and not guarantees of identical results for your Node environment.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding assets (excluding open-source or licensed components expressly credited), and methodologies expressed in fixed form are owned by OpenBridgeway or its licensors. Client engagements may allocate IP rights differently; those allocations supersede this section when documented in writing.
Acceptable use
You will not misuse the site—including attempting unauthorized access, introducing malware, scraping in violation of robots directives where enforceable, or interfering with availability.
Third-party links
Links may reference ecosystem documentation or standards bodies for convenience. Linked sites are not controlled by OpenBridgeway; review their terms independently.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by Washington law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OpenBridgeway is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from site use. Aggregate liability for site-related claims typically will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars unless otherwise mandated by statute.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OpenBridgeway from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by OpenBridgeway’s willful misconduct.
Governing law & venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for disputes shall lie in state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, unless otherwise agreed in a separate contract.
Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
